(2) The user agrees that Gordon Designs is the arbitrator of what is or is not offensive and/or pornographic as far as this site's material is concerned. (3) The user is aware that his/her IP address is recorded when he/she uploads material to the site and permits Gordon Designs to turn over this information to the proper authorities if necessary.
